The Big Transition

June 2017 begins “The Big Transition” – transforming the property from a year-round residential rental to….. the hopes and dreams of the future, where we can share the property with more people through weekly rentals and retreat events.

 

I would say our family has a good mix of people who know how to properly enjoy leisure time and bust ass when there is work to be done.  Perhansa joined us from California for a 10 day “spiff the place up” session.  We are also super grateful that Rebecca was able to join us from Minnesota, contributing much elbow-grease while on break from college.

 

From wallpaper removal to fresh coats of paint, deep cleaning to furniture assessment, we have been working hard to make the place as relaxing and efficient as possible for maximum vacation enjoyment.  There is still much to be done but progress is happening!
